TITHING REBATE POLICY Would you like 10% of your total purchases to be donated to your parish, school or church group? When you begin to check out your purchases, you will find a Comments box on the Billing screen. Enter the name, street address if known, city, state and zipcode of the parish, school or church group you wish to designate in that Comments section. The designee must be a legal not-for-profit organization for whom contributions are tax-deductable and cannot be for political purposes. At year's end, any group with purchases totalling at least $100 in merchandise (not including shipping/handling, taxes, or other services) will get a contribution, thanks in part to you! This is our way to encourage you to tell your friends about our Sing2God.com while contributing to community organizations that matter to you. ORDERING AND SECURITY You can make orders directly online through so-called "shopping cart" technology. This means that even after you click on an item's Order button, you still have chances to change your mind and remove the item from the "shopping cart." Nothing is final until you fill out all your shipping and credit card information and say you are finished. So you have complete control. We even have procedures to make sure that your credit card is not charged for a purchase if an item is out of stock before we can note it on the website. As part of the Yahoo! Store shopping system, we use industry standard encryption technology to make sure that your credit card information is extremely secure online. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us. All of your personal information such as name, credit card number, and address are encrypted so that other Internet users cannot read it after you submit your order to us. OUR MAILING LIST We encourage you to add your e-mail address to our mailing list, as sending information about sales, special events and other opportunities over the Internet is faster and cheaper than conventional methods. Ultimately, this means better service and lower prices for you and other customers. However, we also totally respect your privacy as a consumer. We only use your personal information to process orders and to serve you better. Sing2God.com does not trade, rent or sell your personal information to others. We further promise to limit general outgoing e-mails to this list to twelve per year (approximately once per month) so you won't have your inbox littered with unwanted advertising. SHIPPING Within the United States, we will either use United Parcel Service (UPS) or the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) to deliver your packages and give you the option of Ground or Air delivery. International orders will be fulfilled using the Air option. Ground delivery from the Seattle area can take from one to five days depending on where you live. For faster delivery to points some distance from Seattle, you can also select Air on the shipping menu. Your package will then go by UPS Second Day Air. Should you need next day service or some other arrangement, please feel free to contact us directly and inquire as to other options. Please remember that during holiday seasons, UPS or USPS may not be able to guarantee arrival times of packages within standard deadlines. Ground shipping is provided free of charge for on-line orders of at least $30.00 being shipped within the U.S.! This is one of our ways of passing on the savings of lower overhead to you. For orders totalling under $30.00, you have a choice of delivery method. A flat charge of $3 will be added to send your order via first-class mail. If however, you would like the security of being able to have us track your package and have it insured, we will ship it via UPS for a flat charge of $10. Choosing UPS Second Day Air shipping for an order of any size adds just $15 to your total. International shipping charges will be calculated by UPS and added to your order. Shipments via UPS are insured and registered at no additional cost to you. Customers are responsible for any customs import duties of the destination country, if any. Please contact your local customs office for more details. Sing2God.com cannot ship to PO, APO, and FPO boxes. Please provide us with a street address when you place your order. Orders received before noon Pacific Time Monday through Friday will usually be shipped out that day. Orders received after noon PT or on a weekend will usually go out the next business day. RETURNS Sing2God.com wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We are very confident that you will be satisfied with our high-quality products. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full store credit minus any shipping charges. No questions asked. Just simply let us know within 30 days of placing your order that you would like to return your order by sending an e-mail to us at: ESing2God@aol.com. We will provide you with the mailing address to send the merchandise to. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please insure and register all merchandise that is returned to us. Sing2God.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. All merchandise must be in resaleable condition and in its original packaging, including any shrink-wrapping, or a credit will not be issued.
